The ZXPF series compact pneumatic thin film single seat fluorine lined regulating valve adopts a top guide structure and is equipped with a multi spring actuator. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, streamlined fluid channel, low pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, and easy disassembly and assembly. Widely used for precise control of process parameters such as gas and liquid media to maintain pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level at given values. Specially used in situations where the leakage is small and the pressure difference before and after the valve is not significant. This series of products includes standard type and adjustable cut-off type. The nominal pressure rating of the product includes PN0.6, 1.0, 1.6, 2.5 classl50LB; The nominal diameter range is DN20-300; The operating temperature ranges from 20 ℃ to+200 ℃ in various grades; The leakage level is vl level, and the flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage.
The ZXPF series precision small pneumatic thin film single seat fluorine lined regulating valve is the execution unit in the pneumatic unit combination instrument. It receives signals from the regulating instrument and directly changes the flow rate of the regulated medium (such as liquid, steam, etc.) to maintain the controlled process parameters (such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc.) at the given values.

The actuator is an important component of the automatic control system for the production process of pneumatic control valves. It has two forms of action: positive and negative. When the signal pressure increases, the push rod extends out of the membrane chamber, which is called positive action, and cooperates with the valve to form an air tight type [as shown in Figure 2a]. When the signal pressure increases, the push rod exits the membrane chamber, which is called a reaction and cooperates with the valve to form an air opening [such as 2b]. The principle is that when the signal pressure is input into the diaphragm chamber, it generates thrust on the diaphragm, compresses the spring, moves the push rod, drives the valve stem, changes the flow area between the valve core and the valve seat, until the reaction of the spring is balanced with the thrust of the signal pressure on the diaphragm, thus achieving the purpose of automatic adjustment of process parameters.
